All cases come with the inserts. When building your case, you can choose the inserts that accommodate your preferred vials sizes. Inserts are swappable for future flexibility. Choose between 3ml, 5ml, 10ml, 20ml There’s even an insert for that 30ml pink bac water you love.

This isn’t a one-size-fits-all box. It’s a modular system—swap inserts, organize different vial sizes, and adjust your setup whenever you need.

Inserts are included with the case—you choose the sizes when ordering. Additional inserts can be purchased anytime.

We offer inserts for 3 mL, 5 mL, 10ml, 20ml, and 30 mL vials. You can mix and match sizes when ordering your case and swap them out anytime.

Capacity depends on your setup, but here’s a general guide:

Small Case (2 inserts): up to 32 × 3 mL vials
Medium Case (4 inserts): up to 64 × 3 mL vials
Pro Case (6 inserts): up to 96 × 3 mL vials

Larger vial sizes (5ml, 10 mL, etc.) will reduce total capacity.

Most pepaholic™ orders are made to order, so please allow up to 3 business days for processing before shipment. Once shipped, orders are sent via UPS or USPS depending on location and delivery speed. In most cases, you can expect your order to arrive within about a week from the time it’s placed. Currently, we only ship within the United States, but international shipping may be available in the near future.

Absolutely — all pepaholic™ cases are backed by a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. If something isn’t right due to a production issue, we’ll make it right.

These cases are built to last, but like anything, they still need to be used as intended. Damage from misuse, modifications, or normal wear and tear isn’t covered.
