Lifetime Warranty

We stand behind our products. pepaholic cases are designed, built, and shipped from Texas, and we offer a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects.

This includes issues such as:

  • Hinge failure under normal use
  • Magnets coming loose
  • Adhesive or assembly failure

If something fails due to how it was made, we’ll make it right.

What’s Not Covered

This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or environmental exposure, including:

  • Heat damage (such as being left in a vehicle or high-temperature environments)
  • Drops, impacts, or crushing
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Modifications or repairs made by the customer

Products are intended for indoor, climate-controlled use.

Warranty Process

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping to pepaholic
  • Once received, the product will be inspected
  • If repairable, we will repair and return it
  • If not repairable, we will replace it with the same or comparable product

pepaholic reserves the right to determine warranty eligibility.

Returns & Exchanges

30-Day Return Window

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for items that are:

  • Unused
  • In original condition
  • Free from signs of wear or use
  • Returned with all original packaging

Returns must be shipped within 30 days of the delivery date.

Because many of our products are made to order, we reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

RMA Required

Before returning any item, you must contact us to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

To request an RMA:

  • Email us with your order details
  • Include the reason for return
  • Photos are optional but helpful

If approved, you will be issued an RMA number along with the return shipping address and instructions.

Returns must include the RMA number and be shipped within the 30-day return window. Returns sent without an RMA may be refused.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • A full refund will be issued for the product cost
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

pepaholic reserves the right to deny or adjust refunds if items are returned used, damaged, or not in original condition.

Non-Returnable Situations

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used products
  • Items damaged due to misuse or environmental exposure
  • Products returned without prior approval (RMA)
  • Returns shipped outside of the 30-day window
